Parallel Session - Well-being frameworks and indicator sets cannot alone change government processes and policy outcomes. To do so, they need to be accompanied by mechanisms that support the mainstreaming of well-being policy approaches within government policy analysis and programme implementation such as training, research on what works, cross-departmental coordination, and other mechanisms to support and incentivise people to work differently, including legislation. This session showcased a range of experiences from across OECD country governments.
This session was moderated by Carrie Exton, Acting Senior Counsellor, OECD Wise Centre.
