How to participate

The Forum will take place in-person only. While there is no fee to attend the event, participants are asked to cover their own travel and accommodation expenses.  

The registration process

Registration is now open. As a first step, you will be asked to fill in a pre-registration form to express your interest in attending the Forum. Once your pre-registration form has been submitted, it will be reviewed by the organisers and you will be informed on whether your registration is confirmed or not (please note that this process might take a few days).

Anyone can express an interest in attending by filling in the pre-registration form. However, please note that this is just the first step in the registration process, and does not guarantee attendance. Only approved, registered participants will be able to participate in the Forum.

Please note that incomplete forms will not be saved, and you will have to start the process again if you exit the form before submitting.

We invite you to express your interest in attending to secure your place as soon as possible as places are limited.
