Arts and culture play a pivotal role in improving well-being for people and society.. It is therefore fitting that the 7th OECD World Forum on Well-being will be held at the Auditorium Parco della Musica Ennio Morricone, named after the great Italian composer.
Inaugurated in 2002, the Auditorium as it is commonly known, is a sophisticated piece of musical architecture and one of the largest multi-purpose complexes in Europe designed by renowned Italian architect Renzo Piano. Surrounded by a large park, open to the public and lush with Mediterranean vegetation, it promotes biodiversity and sustainable agriculture with vertical green walls and rooftop gardens, a cultivation inspired by culture.
This stunning venue is managed by the Fondazione Musica per Roma, dedicated to promoting cultural experiences, fostering diverse audiences and youth engagement, artistic innovation, and environmental and economic sustainability.

Security will be ensured by the Italian Authorities. Access to the secure zone will be restricted to accredited participants wearing their personal identification badge. The personal identification badges must be worn and displayed at all times within the secured perimeter.

The Auditorium is served by two private parking lots, with spaces reserved for the disabled: level parking in the area in front of the Parco della Musica, with access from Viale Pietro de Coubertin; multi-level covered parking with access from Viale Pietro de Coubertin and/or Viale Maresciallo Pilsudski. The parking lots are managed by Park it. s.r.l., both of which are metered.
Shuttle bus from the hotel to the venue
Transportation to and from the conference venue will be facilitated for those who register and book at one of the affiliated hotels.

The International Airport of Rome Fiumicino - Leonardo da Vinci is the main hub for arrival and departure of travellers and is located approximately twenty-eight km from the city centre.
- Taxi: Taxi services are available at Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 Arrival areas. Authorised Taxi vehicles are white with a “TAXI” sign on the roof. The symbol of the Municipality of reference is fixed to the front doors and the licence number is on the doors, on the back and inside the vehicle. Fixed fare (each way) to Rome city centre, including all supplements, is 50 €.
- Train: Fast train line “Leonardo express” to Roma Termini train station every 30 minutes. Please visit: https://leonardo-express.com/en/en-leonardo-express-tickets/.
- Bus: The airport is served by a series of private and public bus lines. Please visit: Bus - AEROPORTI DI ROMA - Aeroporti di Roma (adr.it).
From Ciampino International Airport to Rome city centre
- Taxi: The taxi pick-up area is located outside the terminal. All taxis travelling from Ciampino airport to Rome city centre must adhere to a fixed fare ranging between 30 € and 40 €, depending on your final destination. Please visit: Ciampino Airport Taxi | Online Booking (ciampino-airport.info).
- Train: Ciampino Airlink connects passengers landing at the airport to the city centre. The first bus connection departs from the airport roughly every 20 minutes and takes passengers to the Ciampino train station. Then, trains travelling to Rome are available with the final destination of Roma Termini station. Price of the entire service: 2.70 € per person. - Bus: There is an Airport Shuttle Bus Service outside the terminal. The service stops at Roma Termini station (Via Marsala) and the ride can take between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on traffic.
